The 2024 Physician Champion Awards

On September 26, 2024, Providence South Division Philanthropy hosted the annual Physician Champion Awards event at the scenic Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach in Dana Point. This prestigious event honored 13 outstanding physicians from across Providence Foundations in California, recognizing their commitment to creating a culture of philanthropy at their medical campuses.

The evening celebrated the vital role that physicians play in advancing philanthropic efforts that support the mission of Providence. Providence ministries nominated noteworthy physicians from their organizations across Los Angeles County, Orange County, the High Desert and Northern California.

Each honoree’s story was showcased, providing attendees with an intimate look at the compassionate and dedicated individuals whose efforts go beyond their medical duties to significantly impact the health and well-being of their communities.
